The stainless-steel burr is manufactured in such a way as to make grinding a breeze as you wind through the motions of each turn against the coffee beans.

The adjustment has 10 numbers / 40 clicks per rotation, with the central shaft and burr fixed together to enhance grinding consistency and stability of the grinder as you wind through.
