Another piece to the puzzle
Have you been using your AeroPress original coffee maker plunger pretty often?
Or have you unfortunately lost yours during your travel?
What ever the reason for needing a new plunger, we have a spare replacement plunger including the silicone rubber seal gasket for the original AeroPress plunger.
It should be noted that if your seal is loose or worn, you do not require a whole new plunger with seal. You are able to purchase a new seal by itself and replace it on the exisiting plunger by yourself.
Seal Care & Cleaning Instructions:
Care: The seal does wear down over time. To maximise seal life, always eject the used coffee right after brewing and store your AeroPress coffee maker with the seal pushed all the way through the chamber. This keeps the seal free of compression for longer seal life. There is no adhesive on the seal, so you can easily remove it and then replace it on the AeroPress plunger.
Cleaning: We recommend occasionally removing the seal from the end of the plunger for a good washing inside and out with warm water and dish soap.
