• Professional steam wand that is directly taken from the Gaggia tradition. The stainless steam wand is shaped in a way that is compatible with a number of kinds of milk jugs and always has an impeccable milk froth. The steam wand also dispenses hot water for tea and infusions.

• 100% adjustable ceramic grinders to extract the purest flavours and aroma from the coffee beans. The material guarantees performance and quality over a long period. Additionally, the material is made in such a way as to reduce the level of noise for those earlier mornings. There are five different options to customise your espresso to alter the size of the grind and therefore changing flavour profiles.

• Optiaroma is a function that gives you the potential to adjust the aroma intensity and develop tailored coffee-based drinks by choosing the quantity of ground coffee per cup among 5 selections.

• Covered coffee bean container with an aroma lid to preserve the aroma of your favourite coffee blend to ensure it smells as good as it tastes.

• Pre-brewing function to express the unique body and taste of each espresso. Gaggia creates the system to be able to give you the best possible flavour profile for each espresso you desire.
