The Pinnacle of Domestic Lever Coffee Machines
With an entire legacy behind it, the La Pavoni Esperto Abile Lever Coffee Machine features the traditional lever mechanism. Crowned with La Pavoni's iconic eagle, you know there's more to it than meets the eye.
Unveiled in Milan, in 2017, the Abile manual coffee machine operates without comparison in the domestic lever coffee machine range.
Quite literally, you will have control of your espresso down to the level of pressure and timing you apply to the ground. Despite the varying changes in pressure control with each pull, the pressure gauges allow you consistency.
How Does the La Pavoni Esperto Abile Provide the User So Much Consistency Despite Being a Lever Machine?
La Pavoni have installed a number of features that give you both the control and consistency. Whilst, still giving you the ability to change the variables that make a lever machine enjoyable and unique.
By monitoring the pressure gauge, you'll be able to repeat the same level of pressure applied to the lever each time you find that other-worldly espresso.
Additionally, the Esperto Abile features a group temperature indicator to ensure you can remain consistent with optimal temperature before each pull.
Unlike automatic and most domestic semi-automatic coffee machines, you will be able to pre-infuse the grounds before applying full pressure. This means you'll be able to create more exceptional brew with unlocked characteristics.

Features:
- Two steam wands, each with two different size single holes with enough power to both provide efficient milk frothing and hot water for tea and other coffee styles. You'll be able to enjoy your favourite coffees with incredibly made espresso.
- Ability to switch an opening valve into a "cappuccino automatic" by attached a line a bottle of milk. This will allow automatic movement of milk directly into the cup.
- Group temperature indicator that displays both measurements in Celsius and Fahrenheit. Group head temperature is incredibly important when it comes to creating the perfect espresso. Being able to have a visual on the correct temperature will allow for consistent and optimal brewing.
- "Competizione" filter and shower: to enhance the perforation in the filter. The process of its' creation allow for improved surface by eliminating iron oxide, resulting in a shinier finish. The process of electropolishing also acts inside the holes, increasing the perforation compared to the standard.
- Fascino filter holder that is equipped with a ring that stops the filter from falling during ground removal against the bin. Functionally clever, the fascino filter has also been known to deliver creamier espressos.
- Displayed brewing pressure profiling gauge so you can monitor the level of pressure you are applying, and the speed you are increasing. This helps you to remain consistent, but also a level of control over the pressure and therefore control of the coffee grounds. You won't get any closer to being able to control the quality of your coffee. A satisfaction you won't get in any automatic coffee machine.
- Hydraulic pre-infusion system by lifting the lever for roughly 5 seconds. This allows the water in the boiler to enter the brew group, bringing it up to optimal temperature and saturating the grounds. This way, you'll decrease the likelihood of over-extracting your coffee via water channeling. Another feature you will be hard pressed to find in any automatic or semi-automatic espresso machine. This is highly regarded mechanism within the coffee specialty community.
- One Years Manufacturer Warranty
