The included Toddy Commercial Lift is made specifically for the Toddy cold brew commercial model to make your brewing experience even less hands on.
The Lift removes the need to squeeze the filter bag, by utilising elevation of the coffee grounds inside the Toddy brew system.
The gap created by the Lift between the bottom of the commercial filter and the spigot, the coffee concentrate is essentially being pushed out.
This creates a smoother, easier and less-mess process than what would normally be required in cold brewing.
