How is Zero Retention and Endless Particle Sizes Even Possible?

The 76.5^o sloped geometry allows for the coffee grind to be able to fall from the grinding mechanism much more easily, ensuring less residue to remain following the grind; therefore, virtually zero retention.

As a result, you won’t need to purge between coffees anymore!

Additionally, each shift of the stepless adjustment moves the burr 0.02mm allowing for fundamentally an endless number of particle sizes.
